My art is my self-portrait, my inner reflection in the human mirror. I browse inside my mind and beyond it, as close as I can go to my inner self and from there to the world I live in and into my own space on this world – my own world. I use drawing, painting, photography, collage, installation as tools for my artistic search. My artwork takes experimental gesture, based on spontaneity and emotions. In my work, I deconstruct the conscious mind to follow my passion for colors and beauty and try to put them in forms of dreams, fairy tales and games of childhood that bring out the pure joy of innocence.
I use a variety of materials and techniques in each project and my methodology is consistent with my crave for the expression of freedom. The themes I’m interested in are more of a spiritual body than a material one, but not always. Starting with the subconscious lab with all the necessary and primordial ingredients such as love, hate, fury, fear, joy, happiness, sadness, loneliness, despair, hope to the powerful yet beautiful and obnoxious reality with every form of social strings, I search and search for the true me in order to know. My biggest desire is to know beyond knowable and possibilities and find magical dimensions of human beings and secret gardens of beauty.
